Your monthly membership donation directly supports the Foundation’s core initiatives: HEADFIRST, iAM Project, Chester Union, and Safe Spaces. All helping provide local youth with access to mentorship, educational opportunities, safe environments, and pathways for personal growth and success.

Young Friends Leadership Board
Jeremy Rahn
Jeremy Rahn is a mental performance coach and entrepreneur dedicated to helping athletes and teams perform at their highest level. Originally from Reading Pennsylvania, he has worked across professional sports, including roles with organizations in the NBA, MLB, and NHL. Jeremy currently serves as the Mental Performance Coordinator for the Philadelphia Flyers. He is also the founder of Flow Performance, a company focused on integrating mindset training into sports and everyday life.
Shubham Wagh
Shubham Wagh serves as an Associate in the JP Morgan Private Bank in Philadelphia. Originally from South Brunswick, New Jersey, he earned his degree in Finance and Trust & Estates from the University of Delaware, where he was also a part of the Club Cross Country team. A passionate Philadelphia sports fan, especially the Union, Shubham spends much of his free time running and exploring the city.
Kayla Rubin
Kayla is a lifelong soccer fan and huge Philadelphia Union supporter. Originally from Westchester County, New York, she moved to Pennsylvania to attend Villanova University. While there, Kayla was a Division I Rower on Villanova's Women's Rowing Team. After graduation, Kayla remained in Pennsylvania to attend Drexel's Thomas R. Kline School of Law. She is now an Associate in Cozen O'Connor's Business Litigation Department where she represents clients in a variety of matters. Kayla enjoys spending her time exploring Philadelphia and cuddling with her dog Dooper (and yes, that is a Union reference!).
