Should platforms offering nudify online tools be legally required to verify consent and enforce stricter moderation, or is user responsibility enough to prevent privacy violations and misuse?

I believe the line should be drawn at consent and personal privacy. AI image-editing technology can be useful for creative and professional purposes, but it should never be used to alter or generate images of real people without their permission. Platforms offering tools such as

services should implement strict safeguards, including age verification, content moderation, abuse-reporting systems, and clear policies against non-consensual image creation. Transparency about how images are processed and stored is also essential. Innovation is important, but protecting individuals from harassment, privacy violations, and reputational harm must remain a priority as these technologies continue to evolve.
